Frequency Inverters

BFI frequency inverters have been developed for use in general industrial applications and HVAC systems. Operating in compatibility with standard motors and PM motors, the series can be used in different drive applications.

Offered in a power range from 0.1 kW to 250 kW, BFI frequency inverters adapt to different operating environments with IP20, IP55 and IP66 protection classes. This structure provides drive solutions that can be used for different industrial requirements.

BFI E3 Inverters

BFI E3 inverters are general-purpose drive systems developed for low-power applications. The innovative structure combines reliability, power and ease of use. Models with IP66 protection class are dust-tight and washable; they can be mounted directly on equipment. Models with IP20 protection class can be used in control panels or machine sections with suitable protection.

Sensorless vector control provides highly precise and reliable motor control. Compatible with IE2, IE3 and IE4 efficiency class motors, this structure offers broad application flexibility for induction motors (IM), permanent magnet motors (PM), brushless DC motors (BLDC) and synchronous reluctance motors (SynRM).

In addition, the built-in Category C1 EMC filter, provided as standard in each unit, saves additional cost and time during installation. Compliant with EN61800-3:2004, this structure improves electromagnetic compatibility and contributes to safer and more stable system operation.

BFI H3 Inverters

The BFI H3 series offers inverter options with IP20, IP55 and IP66 protection classes for HVAC, marine and different industrial applications. Developed for fan and pump control applications, the series can be used in systems requiring flow control with its compact structure, ease of use and drive performance.

Thanks to its structure capable of controlling multiple pumps, pump stations can be managed effectively without the need for an additional PLC or pump control unit. With its IP55 enclosure, it provides a dust-tight structure and can be used safely in demanding environmental conditions thanks to its washable design.

With the built-in PID controller, both pump control and energy efficiency are optimized, improving system performance. In addition, the BACnet interface provided as standard ensures full compatibility with the industrial communication protocol widely used in building automation systems.

BFI P2 Inverters

BFI P2 combines superior control of both standard induction motors and permanent magnet motors with high performance, reliability and ease of use. Thanks to its comprehensive I/O and communication interface capabilities, the drive can be integrated quickly and efficiently with a wide range of control systems. Its simple parameter structure and carefully selected factory settings enable fast and easy commissioning.

The inverters can provide up to 200% torque from zero speed with open-loop vector control in standard induction motors and offer closed-loop encoder feedback support. For the latest generation high-efficiency PM motors, they provide both open-loop and closed-loop control capability.

Selecting the control method and motor type according to the application enables superior control capability and optimum energy efficiency to be achieved together. The integrated brake transistor eliminates the need for additional hardware, offering advantages in terms of space, cost and time.
